{THE AND} Coworkers Edition

Brought this to our team lunch and the questions got people talking about stuff way beyond work stuff. The "and" format is clever, it keeps you from just answering yes or no. Our quietest teammate actually opened up, which I didn't expect.

The questions actually sparked real conversations instead of the usual awkward small talk. Used it with my team of eight and even the quietest person in the room was sharing stories by the third round.

Brought it to our weekly stand-up and it somehow made the quietest person in the room start telling stories. The prompt cards are surprisingly good at steering conversations past the usual weather talk, and we actually learned why our accountant loves horror movies.
